Hello my loves,
it has been a very long time since you last heard from me.
I stopped working for 2 months, initially because I was caught up in wedding-stress (yay I got married btw) but then because of unfortunate events in my family.
So here I am, slowly emerging from the craziness of life and doing my best to settle back into routine.
Here are 3 thoughts I want to share with you.
1. You can have it all
You can create the life you desire. And I mean it. I’m not talking about the big house, fast car and a multi-million $ bank account (even tho if that’s what you want, please go ahead). I am talking about the wish for a life that stems from the deepest layer of your soul.
And chances are it’s not what society wants you to want.
It might be a slow life with your family. It might be a life where you grow your own food and build a community around sustainability. You might want to do art full time and worry about art supplies.
You see, most of us are disconnected from our hearts. Because we live day in day out in a world that moves faster than we’re able to comprehend.
So how about we slow down? And connect to our real desires that stem from our hearts and were not influenced by society?
Because it’s those desires that you can truly manifest with ease and flow.
2. Why you should jump back on your manifestation practice
Sometimes all we need is a reminder.
And I am here to remind you that manifestation works.
Here’s how:
From this very moment on, your day can continue in endless different ways. There are infinite opportunities and potential scenarios that could play out.
Your energy and vibration is basically tuning into one of these potential scenarios and attracting it into your life.
It’s like a radio. You tune your radio to tune into a specific station and listen to your favourite music. All other radio stations still exist (and they do it simultaneously) but you tuned into the one you wanted.
Manifestation works just like that.
By being in the vibration of your desires you tune into their timeline and attract them.
So how would your ideal reality feel? How would you walk and talk? How would you wake up? How would it feel in your body to have arrived?
By tuning into that, you will attract what you desire.
3. What truly matters…
… is living life to the fullest. Whatever that means for you.
Get out of the loop of chasing more more more. It will never satisfy you. Don’t wait for a reality check to shake you back to what life is all about. Don’t wait for a tragedy to put life into perspective.
That is what stoics do. They imagine the worst to enjoy life now, because they imagine how bad it can be. When you think about death, life suddenly becomes a lot more valuable.
I am not telling you to become stoic and think about death.
I am encouraging you to not need the extreme to feel the fullness of life and to come back what truly matters: love.
Where do you feel love? When you are in nature? When you spend time with your loved ones? When you cook?
Remember to do more of that today!
