A list of questions to improve your life and create more meaning and purpose!
Hey love!
I have been doing a lot of introspection lately. As you can see based on my recent Instagram post I have been feeling sort of clouded lately. Whenever this happens I like to bring things into perspective again.
One highly proven way for me is journaling.
So here are the questions that I think EVERYONE needs to answer for themselves, no matter if you’re feeling lost or not.
15 questions
Self-Discovery:
What are my core values, and am I living in alignment with them?
What are my strengths and weaknesses, and how can I leverage them effectively?
What are my passions and interests, and am I dedicating time to pursue them?
Career:
Am I in a career that aligns with my long-term goals and aspirations?
What skills or knowledge do I need to acquire to advance in my career?
Am I open to exploring new career paths or opportunities that may arise?
Relationships:
Am I actively working on my communication and empathy skills in my relationships?
What kind of people do I want to surround myself with, and how can I attract them?
How do I prioritize and maintain relationships with family, friends, and significant others?
Financial Planning:
What are my short-term and long-term financial goals, and how can I work towards them?
Am I adequately preparing for potential emergencies or unforeseen circumstances?
Life Goals:
Where do I see myself in 5, 10, and 20 years, and what steps can I take to get there?
What experiences or achievements do I want to have before reaching a certain age?
What legacy do I want to leave behind, and how can I start building it now?
How do I balance my personal ambitions with contributing positively to society?

I have personally used these prompts at multiple times of my life, and every time I found myself with more clarity and trust on the other side.
